To take advantage of special discount offers, all bookings must be confirmed before the end of the promotional period

Please make all cancellations of training or services to Property Under One Roof Ltd in writing.

Cancellations within 14 days of the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations 14 days before course date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the booked course date be will be non refundable but we will make every effort to accommodate course date change requests.

Property Under One Roof Ltd retains the right to modify the course content or speakers in so long as the course remains in keeping with the quality, and content advertised.

Property Under One Roof training courses do not constitute accredited training or financial advice as defined within the financial services act 1996, revisions, additions or amendments. The information provided within these courses is of a practical nature designed to motivate and teach the student how to invest in the property market.
